It was time to sit outside at Cipriani Downtown, Dolce's favorite restaurant.
Dolce took a snooze.
She'd had a long day, shopping for dancing shoes.
She didn't even want one of Cipriani's famous Bellinis.
The noise of West Broadway didn't wake her up. She was tired from practicing the pasa doble at Dance With Me Soho.
There was a fire on Crosby Street in Soho.
The truck parked on Spring, while the firefighters walked south on Crosby.
The firehouse Dalmatian waited patiently...

And Cub (Bear Cub, Bear, Dolce), looking (deceptively) reflective...
Dolce paid a visit to Dance With Me Soho.
She wanted to watch Steve and Bryan and Kosta and Teresa and Ilan, dance.
And then it was time for her lesson.
Kosta taught her the pasa doble.
And Teresa taught her the quick-step.
And after that, salsa--Teresa's specialty.
And now for something completely different. We received this yesterday from Ann Watt whose photo credit you’ve seen on these pages many times.
The zoo keepers found an old, sick dog on the grounds in the park at the zoo where the orangutan lived and took the dog to the animal treatment center. The dog arrived at the same time the orangutan was there being treated.
The two lost souls met and have been inseparable ever since.
The orangutan found a new reason to live and each always tries his best to be a good companion to his new found friend. They are together 24 hours a day in all their activities. 
They live in Northern California where swimming is their favorite past time, although Roscoe (the orangutan) is a little afraid of the water and needs his friend's help to swim.
Together they have discovered the joy and laughter in life and the value of friendship.
They have found more than a friendly shoulder to lean on. Long Live Friendship!!!!
Maia decided to visit Dance With Me Soho.
She said hello to instructors Kosta and Teresa.
By the time she was done touring the studio, she'd signed up for Beginning Salsa lessons from Pro Teresa.
Lisa tied up 2-month old Georgy, a Brussels Griffon, outside Gourmet Garage, while she shopped for groceries. But she asked Jerry, the greeter, to keep an eye on him while she shopped.
But Georgy wasn't alone for long.
Kevin stopped by to say hello. Kevin is twice her age.
Four months old.
But Bill, Kevin's owner, pulled him away. It was time to go home. And Lisa was done shopping.
Then along came Mimi, who gave Kevin a sloppy kiss.
