Chopard Turns 150

The Frick Museum in New York City hosted a birthday party.

Chopard, the famous jeweler, was turning 150. The lovely Vicky, Assistant Manager of Chopard on Madison Avenue, was our hostess.

One hundred fifty guests helped celebrate the occasion, including Kate Hudson, Clare Danes, Gwyneth Paltrow and Marchesa designer, Georgina Chapman.

Langoustines in coconut kaffir lime broth, and tournedos of beef with ragout of morels were served.

Guests flew from as far as India and Switzerland to join the celebration.

Chopard stores are displaying special pieces created for the occasion.

India liked the lizard bracelet.

She wants it for her birthday coming up. Dolce might buy it for her.
Till tomorrow,
Love, Maia
