Dolce & the Manolos

Dolce is really in trouble now. Felicia came home to discover Dolce had chewed one of her favorite Manolos.

"Bad dog!" I heard her say. But an hour or so later, Felicia forgot about it, and was rubbing Dolce on her muzzle (she says she loves the feel of Dolce's fur!) when Felicia felt something hard.

She looked at Dolce's mouth and discovered this!

A piece of bead had become stuck to her canine tooth...the one that curved!

So Felicia sat Dolce right down on the couch, with Sacha watching intently, and tried to wiggle the bead off Dolce's tooth.

Dolce didn't like Felicia messing around with her mouth.

Soon, the situation made Felicia laugh. But, Felicia kept trying, as Sacha looked on, concerned.

And just when Felicia was having visions of another trip to the vet and more bills for Dolce, finally, the bead came off.

Ta da!!

Dolce is always getting into trouble.

Yesterday, she ran out the door when Brooke was leaving and chased a jogger up the street. The jogger didn't stop and Felicia had to sprint to try to catch her. Finally, Brooke got out of the car, and they managed to corner Dolce. Dolce had a big grin on her face.

But the Manolo Bead Incident surely takes the cake.
