Buddy and Toodles are owned by Bernie and Jim! 
We talked a while about South Florida real estate (not healthy!) and local condo prices (high!) and Fendi purses (desirable!!).
Then we walked down 1st Street, had a gelato...
...and couldn't stop thinking about Buddy! Felicia wants a Pug for her next dog.
