Dolce told me about a dream she had. I always travel with Felicia. Dolce heard Felicia say, "Dolce is too big to go in the pet carrier. It's just easier to take Maia. Plus, Maia knows the score. She keeps quiet. I don't think Dolce would be happy stuck under the plane seat for two hours."Too big? thought Dolce. It must be all the ice cream she was eating! Just like Paco! But she knew that she'd never be tiny like Maia. She was a big German Pom, after all! Even in "pocket puppy" size, a Pom is going to be a big, hearty Fraulein, not some featherweight slip of a thing like Maia!
Dolce had a dream that night. She and Maia magically became smaller. They could fit into Takashi's hand! And now they can travel everywhere together, Dolce and Maia, with no worries about planes or pet fees!
