Hurma, by the critically acclaimed sculptor Magdalena Abakanowicz, is a poignant exhibition of 250 headless figures. Constructed from fiber, the figures are symbolic of the struggles in the artist's war-torn country of Poland.
After wandering around the exhibits and enjoying everything from a man's pained face being crushed under a mattress, to a video about the domino effect, we sampled some of the hors d'oeuvres, such as this morceau of salad...
...as well as asparagus tempura.
We then returned to our car, where we took a photo of our very own installation art above us, courtesy of Abe's Limo!
I was happy as a clam, back in Felicia's arms. But one party wasn't enough for us, we had two that evening! So off we went...
...sharing the fun with our lovely hostess Sandra, as well as India, lensed by famed photog, Brooke Goodson. We're on our way to the Philippe Starck-designed Icon Brickell launch party. We can't wait to see installation art of the Hip Miami Party-goer kind!
P.S. I heard that Dolce is taking dance and vocal classes in New York!
